By accessing or using the Hamubere Digital Academy Africa website, applying for our programs, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Hamubere Digital Academy Africa provides educational and career development programs including:

• Paid internship opportunities with partner companies
• 1-on-1 mentorship programs with industry professionals
• Short courses in computer literacy, finance, marketing, and other practical skills
• Career counseling and job placement assistance
• Professional certification upon program completion

All our programs are offered of charge to eligible participants.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for our programs, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be a resident of an African country or of African descent
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Commit to completing the program requirements if accepted
• Agree to our code of conduct and community guidelines

4. Application and Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications based on program capacity, eligibility criteria, and other factors. Accepted participants will receive notification via email.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat all participants, mentors, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Complete assigned tasks and meet program deadlines
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct
• Not share confidential program materials without permission
• Not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not disrupt or interfere with the正常 operation of our services

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your participation and removal from our programs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and provided through our programs, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the property of Hamubere Digital Academy Africa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Program Completion and Certificates

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all program requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments. We reserve the right to withhold certificates if requirements are not met. Certificates are provided of charge but remain our property and may be revoked for misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamubere Digital Academy Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and participation in our programs immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kigali, Rwanda.
